Details: Worked with General Contractor to provide complete electrical, site lighting, fire alarm system, and an emergency power generator system for 2 facilities for senior care services and support. PACE facility is a 20,800 square foot adult care center with support space, clinics, an intergenerational room for programs, community functions, and activities. There is also a full kitchen to provide meals. The second facility is a 5,040 square foot residential senior living and care center with 6 bedroom suites.
